Terms of Use
By playing Orbion you agree to these terms. They are deliberately short.
The game
Orbion is licensed to you, not sold. You may play it on devices you own. You may not resell it, or take it apart to redistribute it.
The one-time purchase
"Orbion Clear" is a single, non-consumable purchase that removes the full-screen ads shown between levels. It is not a subscription: it is charged once and never renews.
What it does not do is equally binding on us: hints, the global board and level skips remain available for free by watching an ad, whether or not you buy. The purchase makes them instant, it does not unlock them.
The purchase is tied to your App Store or Google Play account and can be restored on your other devices from the purchase screen. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their own policies, not by us.
The global board
Pilot names are yours to choose, but names that are abusive, impersonating, or otherwise unacceptable may be removed without notice. Scores are recomputed on our server from your level and star counts; a modified client cannot post an arbitrary score, and entries that appear manipulated may be deleted.
Availability
The game itself works offline. The global board depends on a network service that may be unavailable, changed, or discontinued. Everything else keeps working when it is.
No warranty
Orbion is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for any damages arising from its use. Nothing here limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law in your country.
